Loved Ones Studio creates hand-drawn portraits (pencil, charcoal, or acrylic) from a photo you provide. Every order is reviewed individually before it's accepted.
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for a commissioned portrait. We may decline any order where the photo appears to be professional, stock, or celebrity photography, or otherwise not yours to use.
Submitting an order does not charge you anything. We review each submission and either accept it (with a price and payment link) or decline it — for example, if the photo is too low-resolution to work from, or we're not able to take on the commission. Declined orders are never charged.
Standard sizes are priced up front. Custom sizes, and the final total including any frame and shipping, are confirmed in your acceptance email. Payment is only collected after your order is accepted — never before.
Portraits are drawn and shipped within 1–3 weeks of payment. Shipping cost is calculated based on size, framing, and destination. International orders may be subject to customs or import fees charged by your local authority on delivery — these are outside our control and not included in the price you pay us.
You can cancel anytime before payment at no cost. Once paid, you may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours or before we've started drawing, whichever comes first; once work has begun, the commission is final and non-refundable.
